Why do we offer 50% off? Just like mAirList, we're happy to support ambitious hobby broadcasters in this great hobby, as long as they're not making money from it. But the same rule applies here too: please be fair in how you use it!

Who qualifies for the discount?

This tariff is exclusively for individual private persons operating a non-commercial hobby broadcast — the full conditions are further below. In short:

  • You are a private individual — not a company, school, or club.
  • Your broadcast generates no revenue (no advertising, no sponsorship).
  • The licence is for your own broadcast use, non-transferable.
  • Need more than 2 monitors? Please get in touch — we're happy to review this individually.

Full Private User Terms

  1. The Private User Tariff (50% off 1 or 2 monitors and the SafeOnAir Tunnel) may only be booked by individual private persons (consumers) for their own, non-commercial hobby broadcast. Companies, schools, clubs, associations and other organisations are not eligible.
  2. The broadcast monitored via OnAirPanel must not generate any revenue — whether through advertising, sponsorship, donation appeals with consideration, or any other commercial or professional activity.
  3. The licence is non-transferable and may not be passed on, lent, or sublet to third parties.
  4. OnAirPanel is entitled, for the purpose of preventing abuse, to spot-check the playlist and broadcast data visible via the monitor, in order to verify compliance with these conditions. By booking this tariff, the customer expressly consents to this review. Further information on this processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
  5. In case of a violation of these conditions, OnAirPanel is entitled to retroactively convert the contract to the standard tariff and to charge the price difference from the start of the contract. There is no entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid in this case.
  6. OnAirPanel reserves the right to require written confirmation of private-user status before activation or during an ongoing contract.
