OnAirPanel is a product of OnAirWerk (Stefan Hillen). Payment receipts and invoices issued via Paddle will appear under the name OnAirWerk · Stefan Hillen.
We process the following data when you register and use OnAirPanel: email address, encrypted password, station name and configuration data, activity logs within the platform. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
Payments are processed exclusively via Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. We do not receive complete payment data (e.g. card numbers). Paddle's privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
When you visit our website, server log files are automatically stored (IP address, date/time, URL, HTTP status, data transferred, referrer, browser type). These are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use only technically necessary session cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Customers who book the discounted Private User Tariff must confirm, before checkout, that they meet the eligibility conditions set out in the Terms of Service, section 5. When this confirmation is given, we store a consent record containing: email address, IP address, timestamp, the selected tariff options (number of monitors, billing period, SafeOnAir Tunnel add-on), and the version of the terms confirmed. This record is stored in a system separate from the OnAirPanel core platform and is used solely to document the consent given and, where necessary, as evidence in the event of a dispute. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the discount).
As set out in the Terms of Service, section 5, we are entitled to spot-check the playlist and broadcast data visible via the monitor of a Private User Tariff account, in order to verify compliance with the tariff's conditions (in particular, the absence of advertising or sponsorship). This review is carried out only to the extent necessary and is based on the customer's consent given at booking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the discount (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
